Cassidy Mello, NP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire before continuing her education to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine—as an EMT, ER tech, and nurse—Cassidy has seen firsthand the effects of delayed or inaccessible care. These experiences fueled a deep passion for preventive medicine and inspired her to pursue a career in primary care as an advanced practice practitioner.
In her practice, Cassidy focuses on providing proactive, holistic care that supports both the physical and mental wellbeing of her patients. She believes that effective healthcare must be individualized, and patient centered. She strives to understand key aspects of a patient’s background—such as cultural beliefs, educational experiences, language preferences, and access barriers—to build strong, collaborative relationships that foster greater trust and lead to improved outcomes.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, yoga, trying new restaurants, and hosting gatherings with family and friends.

I was seen quickly ,listened and received clear and concise directions and was able to get my blood test scheduled for the following morning.
They listen to you and they don't make you feel rushed. That's important to me.
The experience was fine. I think everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable and very, very professional and caring.
Cassidy did a great job listening and helped me with my medical needs for the visit. Upon leaving however the receptionist couldn't tell me why my appointment for my annual visit was cancelled. she did schedule me a new appointment 3 months further out. As well as scheduled me for my weight loss appointment.
Listened to me, and went over my medications with me and made adjustments. She was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with her.

Cassidy did her best to make me comfortable throughout the appointment despite the incredible amount of discomfort my injury was causing. She provided the immediate relief she could and was very responsive in getting me test results and next steps in a timely manner. I feel fortunate to be receiving care from someone who seems so patient focused.

Cassidy's care was excellent. That said, I believe that there is always room for improvement, but I have no complaints.
She made me feel comfortable and was not in a hurry to speak to me. Also, explained things to me in a way I could understand.
Cassidy really took the time to go through my concerns during my annual appointment and lead more towards the next steps in my care. I did not feel rushed at all. She was a great provider during my whole appointment and validated my concerns.

I love this office - the team is efficient and friendly. They are doing great work. I had an ear infection and I was able to be seen and get a prescription in the same day. Everybody seems to care about their patients.
