I had a bad fall that affected side of breast and bottom of foot and was given appointment quickly to see Melanie NP who is always alert, knowledgeable and pleasant. I had same treatment at Radiology and wonderfully polite knowledgeable office reps.
I was satisfied that they took me on the day I called. And helped me with what I needed.
She is very caring and down to earth. She listens to your concerns !

My time at the facility was great. My experience was great. From the second I was called in, the provider that was helping me, that took my weight, she was pleasant to speak to, as well as the practitioner, Melanie, nurse practitioner. She was great. She was very attentive. paid attention to my concerns, made some suggestions. And even the following day, she followed up with me regarding what my, what the test had, what the result was on the test, which was great. So now we currently have a goal. we're working on, and I will give our response by tomorrow.
She seemed very interested in my problem and offered a first step in trying to solving the problem.

NP Melanie Daignault is just the best! She's very thorough with the past history, asks lots of questions on the current condition, takes time to answer all my questions and concerns, and she does it all with smiles and good humor. She checked my blood pressure, lungs, etc. She even checked for swelling in the ankle areas. I was never rushed, and when I asked about a handicap placard, Melanie filled it out completely for me! All in all, for me it was a good and thorough visit, and I hope next time I'll get Melanie again!
