My appointment was with a young doctor who took time to listen to my symptoms then examined my arm/ shoulder and explained their findings and recommended treatment. They were friendly and professional .

Dr MacArthur was great. they came in knowing my child had autism and likely had sensory issues and if there was anything they could do to make him most comfortable. It was very reassuring that they were aware of his specific needs and was willing to adapt to whatever would work best for him. It makes me proud as not only a parent but also as a southcoast employee and member of the More Abilities employee resource group. Thank you for being more!

The facility and the staff was amazing, always kind, always courteous. The provider I had, MacArthur, was wonderful. They listened to what I had to say. They didn't rush. They asked me if I had any questions. They talked in a manner that someone elderly can understand, not using big words that I don't understand. they were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them and their facility to anyone.
