Waited 15 minutes for the Dr..

I had a telehealth appointment. Which I love because my provider can see me just like in person. She knows my medical history & really cares about my Weightloss progress. She was impressed with how much I have changed on my food diet. That made me feel good. I absolutely love Southcoast.

The the appointment was appropriate and applicable to my health status. Medication has changed and the next appointment will be telehealth. I am well satisfied.

Crystal & staff are the best !

The wait time at 9am was already 45 minutes late.

Being very attentive to the concerns and engaged.

My only complaint is scheduling. Both times I've had to reschedule an appointment I was offered 2 choices: either the same provider but months out or a different provider but sooner. I'm thankful the providers all work together but consistency is nice too
