Friendly and professional PA
Check in was quick. The wait time to see the provider needs attention. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be called in. If I was 20 minutes late I would have had to reschedule. My time is important too. There wasn't even an I'm sorry I'm running behind or a heads up at check in.

My follow up visit with Aaron Novy was a textbook case of excellent two way dialogue between a medical expert and a patient. He listened, understood my concerns, answered my questions in detail and gave sound advice. I left the office with a better understanding of my medical condition.
Well informed and helpful staff
My injury was shown on the tablet showing my X-ray to my neck and back,put though testing of my ability to move my head.Told i didn't need neck brace unless I experienced pain.was very happy.Thank you to all the people who helped me recover
