Actually, everything was done right. I didn't say that in my statement, but she was very, very accurate and very helpful and concerned about my problem. So I felt very comfortable about that. And she did provide me with a prescription, but unfortunately, it's not her fault. The prescriptions are not cheap anymore. It cost me well over $20 and I have insurance. So that was a bit of a problem. But it had nothing to do with her or what she did. She did a great job. And that's about it for now.
Timely and informative
I benefited so much from my visit. I have had a sore throat and cough for 4 months and I've connected with many physicians. This visit reveal the reasons for my discomfort; it will take lively several months before I feel better with medication and diet.

I always knew the name of the provider who was going to be waiting on me. People explained different parts of the testing of my hearing and they told me up front that the results were. They were just all okay. They were all, you know, not stressed out or whatever. And I thought they were really helpful and I have no problem going back there.

when i arrived the person at front desh was more focused on texting and ignored me for 5 minutes. provider showed up 20 min late . not really impressed with southcoast health
I arrived early, and was able to to seen before my appointment time, demonstrating good communications between the check-in desk and the office I visited, as well as a degree of flexibility and respect for everyone's time. The Dr. did a great job of explaining everything as she carried out the examination and listened well to me.

I had a salivary gland biopsy. It was all explained well and I felt no pain at all. I felt that the provider took the time to listen to me and offered other tests for the future.
