I had a salivary gland biopsy. It was all explained well and I felt no pain at all. I felt that the provider took the time to listen to me and offered other tests for the future.

The office staff and medical staff were very good.
When I arrived there, I was treated very well. I didn't have to wait long; they saw me right at my appointment time. The nurses, the assistants, and the technicians there are very professional. The doctor was very professional, very attentive, very cordial. And everything they offered me there, with the hearing machine and everything, I felt very good. I felt very good, and they are very professional, right on the mark.

I had a constant cough for 16 months and saw all kinds of specialist. She was the only one that figured it out.

The appointment was great. The staff was courteous. It was fast. I was seen on time. However, from start of earache to time of appointment was 90 days away. I think this is unacceptable, and there should be more access to specialists than waiting 90 days with a bleeding ear. Thank you.

From the time I arrived to the time I left all staff were very professional, courteous and very attentive and knowledgeable.
The experience was excellent. The person that came in to clean my ears did a great job right to the point, right in my ear, took the wax right out quickly and efficiently without making me queasy or dizzy, which is wonderful. My hearing is always better when I leave there. I'm always very happy that I went. I've been going here for years and very satisfied. I don't see any other room for improvement as far as I can see. They do a great job. So keep up the good work and thank you very much.

Friendly staff, clean office, was early and taken early for appointment. The Doctor had all prior information needed that related to my appointment and pulled it up immediately to help me understand previous appointment. The previous appointment was 7 years ago.
