Grieving During the Holidays Workshop
November 13 at 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Balancing the already busy holiday season with the sadness of not being able to share the holidays with our loved ones can feel overwhelming. This 1-hour workshop provides tips and ideas to help us navigate the challenges of this holiday time, honor the memory of our loved one and care for our own needs as we grieve.
