The nurse and the PA did an excellent job, easy to talk to and answered all my questions.Usually, the appointments are on time or close to the disengaged time.Today for some reason it was approximately 20 minutes late.
I was seen on my appt time Mr. Hill was very informative and explained what I could or could not do to help take care of my problem. He was very pleasant and professional and made my appt visit welcoming.

Through my own mistake, I went to the wrong office. That office was kind enough to contact the right office and arrange for them to see me - - despite my tardiness. I was welcomed with open arms. VERY grateful for their kind accommodation and for Tyler Hill's gracious welcome and expert ( and enthusiastic!) medical care.

I appreciated I could make an appointment before heading to the office.
Waited 35 minutes from when my appointment was scheduled before I was called to the exam room
Everything was good except for the girl at the front desk. She was very rude to [Name] wife.
The lady that took me in my room handled my urine cup with no gloves and then was touching everything and that isn't very sanitary
Tyler was a total professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions professional, and I recommend his service to anyone.
