Dr Kumar and his staff are the best.
The entire staff and doctors have made my cancer treatments at South Coast Medical Center extremely comfortable and stress free. They explained all my treatments in detail in away I understood completely. I would like to thank everyone for the special care I have been given.
They are always great!
Always put me first. Made me feel very important and always addressed my issues immediately.
Dr Kumar and his staff are absolutely fantastic!
Everything has been done with kindness and respect within the entire Oncology Department. Can't ask for much more than that.
Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient
there is nothing to improve, this place and the people who work there are so compassionate and caring, it made the time I had to be there enjoyable.
Everyone from the doctors to secretary was such a blessing. I was so nervous for ever treatment and they had so much patience with me.
I feel so lucky that I got connected with Dr. Kumar. He's brilliant, well-versed in the latest research, and he listens. I felt respected as both a person and a patient. I trusted him fully to give me the right guidance and advice. The whole team was wonderful. The nurses, radiation techs, front desk staff, and everyone else were all kind and invested in my care.
The entire staff from when I arrived, received treatments, and met with the nurses and doctors, were kind, courteous, compassionate, and professional. They explained things well so I knew what was going to happen during and after the treatments. They explained things only thing I can think of to improve on is explaining where to park prior to the first appointment. The lot at the Cancer Center says "Providers" not Providers and Patients. Explain about pressing the button on the speaker (which is hard to reach). That's it. An awesome staff there.
Everything went well. I would recommend that they did a little more talking to the person when he was in the chamber. That's all. I didn't know time-wise how much left I had and all that. But other than that, I was very satisfied. Thank you.
Super social skills great functionality within the process couldn't find a better caring team. There is no down to staff. The issue that needs development is the frequency machinery breaks down could this be prevented by preventive matenance during down time?? This is a issue you will say is good but is always in need of improvement. Thank you for all you've done for me.
I was very happy because everyone help me and they would listen to me
Very professional, friendly, courteous staff!!!
