About Tara Bronson, NP
Tara Bronson, MSN, FNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Rhode Island in Kingstown, R.I. Bronson has been certified to practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Program and is licensed to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Bronson works with all ages of the spectrum from birth to geriatric care, with a special interest in women’s health. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse in Fall River for more than 12 years, starting as a bedside nurse on a Medical-Surgical Floor and ending her career there working in management as a Patient Care Supervisor.
Bronson was born in Newport and has lived on Aquidneck Island her entire life. She has a vested interest in the health and wellbeing of her community and the patients that she treats. She loves to travel, enjoys yoga and has a special interest in organic living and sustainability.

I like the courtesy and respect that South Coast Health has given me in the short period of time since I became a new patient back in October of this present year. Tara was just fantastic - she listened to my health goals and came up with a plan to help me achieve them. I felt very supported and comfortable It was tough to get and appt but I am so glad I waiting till Middletown Southcoast Physicians had some time. They and Tara are well worth the wait!

The care by the medical professionals was exceptional. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a wait to be seen. Since it was a Monday, and I had only called with my issue a few hours earlier, it isn't a serious issue. I truly appreciate being seen the same day.
