This was the first time that I met with this provider, with Stella. I'm sorry, it's not Stella, but that's her last name. I had not met with her before. I was a little bit nervous about meeting with a new provider who didn't really know me because I'm not an easy cut and dry case, but she made me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and she explained what was going on and what was the best for me to do. I am very thankful for my visit and for meeting her. I would definitely like to see her again.
Took all the time needed, never felt rushed. Asked thoughtful questions about my health and activities that may have impacted my complaints.
Stacey was great. I was seen for a sore throat and she checked to be sure I didn't have a throat infection or sinus infection. Stacey is very knowledgeable and a great listener. She did well to say she has been home with her new daughter, but she was very much on top of things.
