Sarah is great! She not only helps me in a medical sense, she has also helped me with a program to pay for expensive prescription costs.
Sarah is very professional, easy to understand. There was a little delay today with check-in - seemed to be short-staffed. All staff very polite, incl. Aide that takes info prior to visit with Sarah and, of course, Sarah herself. Appt made for next yr - with my neuropathy problems, not much can be done; however, was told to call if I felt I needed her to see me sooner.

Sarah Souza is hands down the best and myfavorite physician I've encountered at Southcoast. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure that you know it. She goes above and beyond always to make sure I have the best care possible, even with prescriptions and referrals. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful neurologist who helps and listens, the rest of the office staff are also very nice and helpful as well!

Sarah is an excellent NP - extremely attentative and knowledgeable. She listens and makes suggestions based on what information you have given her. Her mannerisms are extremely uplifting - she tries to make you feel good about yourself even with your various ailments and pain. I would definitely recommend family and friends to see her.
