About Rachel Ray DNP
Rachel Ray, DNP earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Beginning her medical career as a registered nurse, her quest for knowledge inspired her to become a nurse practitioner. Throughout her career she enjoys how the nursing professions allows her to care for both a patient’s physical and emotional needs.
Rachel is dedicated to treating each patient with respect, empathy and understanding. Her approach to care is holistic, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practices, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just the disease they are dealing with.
By sharing current research and best practices, she helps guide her patients in making well-informed healthcare decisions. She views her patients as partners in their care, working together to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual health goals.
When not at work, Rachel enjoys hiking and running with her dog and husband, paddleboarding and strength training.

I was very happy with the is appointment. The staff was very welcoming, caring and efficient. The provider was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wait time was acceptable. Parking was a breeze and I found the office to be very clean and well kept.

This was my first visit to this office and with Rachel Ray. Everyone treated me kindly with respect and care. I'm very pleased with my initial visit with Rachel Ray. She reviewed all of my issues and concerns in a thorough manner- I look forward to my next visit in a few months.
Today was my first appointment with Rachel Ray, NP and I was absolutely blown away with her attention to detail and willingness to get down to the bottom of symptoms that I've been having for quite awhile, that were brushed off by other providers. Everyone in the office (MA's, front desk staff) were also extremely pleasant. I'm so happy to make the switch to having her as my PCP!
Rachel listened to my concerns as I just transferred to her from my previous PCP which I had problems with. It was nice to know that the office can handle 'sick visits' with the additional PAs, which is something I was looking for. As a new patient, I felt the office staff were friendly and helpful and cared about me.
Everything about this experience made my decision to leave my last provider a great decision. The staff seems very competent where the staff of the last office does not know what competent means.

My provider in RI went out of business, and i needed to find another PCP. My first visit went very well. everyone was kind and courteous, and Rachel Ray was great. she listened to all my concerns and proceeded to address them. The visit wasn't rushed and I felt good about going forward.
