I've never really had a bad experience here. It was a little hard when the staff changed but after my last in person visit I definitely felt as if they listened and learned and although I was extremely stressed when I went in I left there actually left feeling a little bit better!

The telehealth conference went very well. My questions were asked, were answered, and we spoke at some length about my back, obviously, and about my medication needs, and that's it. So.

My provider was attentive to my concerns and quite familiar with my file and health. NP made interesting recommendations on how I might seek pain relief. Best NP I've had the pleasure of being treated by both in Southcoast and every other provider.

Things didn't start off great with this provider when I first saw her.. now things are better.. she listens, is caring and understanding!

This provider spent quality time with me listening to my update since last visit. She was kind, and understanding.

Priscilla Ponte is absolutely brilliant and kind!I will continue to see Priscilla as my provider!

Everything is good as it is !!!

Please continue to care for patients as you did for me, thank you.

It gets a little better each visit.

Let's see, how do I put this? Very, very considerate. Seemed to want to know how to diagnose my pain, but it's kind of hard if people don't have pain to tell them what's wrong because they hear so many stories from other people. But she helped me the most she could. Priscilla is a very, very considerate person. And that's what I have to say. So have a wonderful day.
