About Phyllis Cook MS, FNP-C
Phyllis M. Cook, MS, FNP-C, earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration on Athletic Training – Sports Medicine from the Northeastern University Bouve College of Health Sciences in Boston, MA. She continued her education and attended Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts where she obtained both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing.
Her clinical interests include orthopedics and comprehensive, family-centered care. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare through collaboration, education, and clear communication. Her practice philosophy emphasizes honest, direct dialogue and strong patient advocacy, ensuring individuals feel informed and supported throughout their care.
Phyllis is committed to patient education, preventive care, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, working out, gardening, caring for houseplants, playing with her American Bulldog, Cooper, and volunteering with a local vocational high school to support hands-on student learning.
