About Peter Mandelson MD
Dr. Mandelson is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn.
He has practiced cardiology at Charlton Memorial Hospital for over 22 years.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and cardiovascular diseases.

Everything was done very quickly and professionally
The receptionists were friendly, the medical assistant explained what she was going to do..review medications, take BP and do EKG and wished me a good visit. Dr Mandelson asked about any cardiac concerns but most touching was when he asked how I was making out since my husband died 7 months ago, if I had family and friends near by to support and help me and that I should call him with any concerns. This visit gave me great comfort which I will never forget.
Dr Mandleson always listens carefully, and discusses everything with me, he has been my Dr. for 37 years and I trust him and would not trade him for the world.

They provided a strong and focussed support staff. Using State of the Art technology , established the parametersto measure and correct deficiencies in my heart rate and function. Dr M. has established and prescribed a strong drug therapy that has reset my vitals, blood pressure, heart beat, etc….and has succeeded in calming my otherwise nervous condition.

I received careful attention and excellent care during this pre-op visit. Both the nurse practitioner and the doctor were outstanding.

Dr Mandalson listened to and answered all my questions. He explained things clearly and in a way I could understand. He even showed me videos of my heart he be sure I understood my diagnosis fully. He helped me make a medication change that will improve my health even more. My experience was outstanding and Dr Mandelson was as well.
