About Michelle Pacheco MD
Dr. Pacheco earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, and completed her internship in general surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. She completed her residency in urology at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Pacheco is trained in laparoscopic surgery including the da Vinci robotic system. She is interested in all aspects of general urology including; incontinence, overactive bladder, kidney stones, genitourinary cancers, erectile dysfunction, and benign prostatic hypertrophy.
She is a member of the American Urologic Association and the Society of Women in Urology.
Dr. Pacheco is a Swansea native and enjoys spending time with her family and young son, traveling and reading. She is especially fond of participating in community events and cultural activities and enjoys the South Coast restaurant scene.

No complaints good experience
Need to start seeing clients not too late. I always have to reschedule because I am Never seen in a timely manner. Almost an hour goes by and I have to leave without being seen!
I don't know the name of the young lady at the desk but THANK YOU so much for your kindness. She was so polite and friendly and brought coloring pages and crayons for my kids to stay busy. Thank you! Great staff as always Southcoast urology!
The wait time to get an appointment was months. I requested appointment in September. I originally was booked for December and then was notified of an earlier appointment in November. I showed up for appointment to learn it was canceled and rescheduled to January.
There is nothing that DIDNT go GREAT! A JOB WELL DONE!
Everyone and everything was excellent. It's just difficult to compare any provider to the "best" provider I've ever had, the MD who brought dramatic relief from debilitating symptoms that had kept me almost housebound for 15 years after a very severe case of Lyme disease.

I waited 45 minutes in the examining room.Someone could have came in to tell me that she was running late.or I wasn't forgotten .or just a simple acknowledgement that I was still waiting
Seems like treatment was for issue not what was causing issue.

Everything went well. Can not think of anything that needs to be addressed.
First time visit. She was very nice very helpful in trying to figure out step by step how to treat me. She was very kind and understanding. Also I felt very comfortable not rushed I didn't feel like just a number. I left feeling very happy with her
You took out my catheter,which was a huge relief. Then gave me a prescription of flowmax
The annual visit went very smoothly. I can't think of anything that could've been done better.

May experiences at SS has always been the best. At the present time I have not seen anything that could need improvement.

The doctor listened carefully to my concerns.A treatment plan was developed. Explanation regarding the reason for scheduling a CAT scan.Appointment scheduled to review the results of the scheduled CAT scan.I greatly respect and trust in this physician and the care she provides.

Yes, one thing that could have went better was the wait time on my husband waiting in the examination room. He sat there for I believe it was 35 minutes. It would be good for that to improve.

Dr Pacheco is an excellent physician. She always does a great job and looks after my health. I highly would recommend her to anyone looking for a great urologist.
