Dr Boyle always provides excellent insight and is always willing to listen and answer questions. She is an exceptional PCP and represents a significant loss to South Coast when she retires.
Efficient checkin, thorough and competent checkup tests and discussion of health status and recommendations for improvement.
Nurse mentioned getting vaccines (flu, etc.) but I left the appointment and never received any. The previous year I got both the flu and COVID. Guess I'm to get them on my own? That wasn't made clear.
No improvement needed. Dr. Boyle always takes the time to listen and address any medical problems with either a referral when warranted or a solution.
Support staff are excellent, professional but friendly. Dr Boyle is the best. I can talk to her about any health issue, she listens and offer support that matches my needs.
Dr Boyle is great. Calming personality and very knowledgeable with all my questions.
Dr. Boyle examined my poison ivey and prescribed Prednisone which took care of the painful itching and sores and I am so thankful for her care.

Dr. Michelle Boyle is an amazing doctor. She is absolutely exceptional. She is so detail-oriented and personally invested in my health and well-being. I'm surprised often by how compassionate she is and how smart she is. She's a very good doctor. Whatever you do, hold on to her. She's a good one. The staff there is lovely. South Coast Medical on Aquinnick Avenue in Middletown, it's amazing. They do a great job.

The Doctor was wonderful. The administrative help at check in and check out. All wonderful. The tech/assistant left a lot to be desired. She left an impression that she couldn't have cared less and could not be bothered. It's very unfortunate. Perhaps some vetting and training for assistants is necessary . Or perhaps some refresher courses. It's very disheartening
I love this facility!! Everyone is friendly and polite and positive. You're seen very quickly, and if the doctor is not available, their nurse practitioners are fully competent, knowledgeable, and thorough. ??

Everyone is always knowledgeable and treats me with respect. I've never been fond of doctors sorry it's not them you know it's the whole going to the doctor thing but this has been a very nice experience

My experience has always been great!
This was a one time visit as my regular doc was not available. Dr. Boyle listened to me, addressed my problem, and wrote me an rx for physical therapy. She is a wonderful physician.
Feedback is based off of all visits either this provider. This particular visit has been one of the better ones.
Location is clean and bright. Admitting staff quick to respond and friendly. Assistant listened to my concerns. Dr. Boyle is great. Lab visit was enjoyable considering needle was going in my arm.

This office is great and well run. Short wait. Greeted by nurse go over vitals. Dr seems well informed on my status asks good questions answers my questions clearly, post visit staff reviews all items covered and gets referrals done same day
Office staff immediately called lab and cardiologist office. They are awesome.
Talked to me about my symptoms and what they were going to address them. I was given a urine test and given a prescription to address that issue. I also had blood work to check my kidney disease. I was also advised to make an appointment for telehealth. I was talked to with professional and treated appropriately.
The check in/check out area is very congested and people's HIPPA is easily overheard. It's also difficult to hear the person checking you in because of all the other noise going on with the other patients. The building was clean and at a comfortable temperature. Everyone I encountered was professional and kind.

I was very happy to get an appt the next day with my primary care Dr after talking to someone on the phone…Dr Boyle listened to my symptoms and concerns and I was able to have lab work prescribed that I will drop off and they were able to get me an appt with a specialist for the next day..I am very pleased with the processional treatment from everyone I interacted with..
