  • Positive - Professional staff. Nice office.Negative - long wait.

  • I got my first appointment right away. The second one that I was hoping for, I guess the doctor was busy, but I would have liked a couple of questions answered, but I think I'll have time for that.

  • A few times I waited more than a half hour

  • First time meeting with this doctor. He was very easy to talk to and asked the right questions. I felt comfortable and confident that he might be able to address my condition with surgery.

  • Explained all important mattersListened carefully Very thorough

  • Office staff was very friendly and the Dr. explained things to me in a way I could understand.

  • Dr. Phillips was very educated in his specialty, provided great examples, read and showed me pictures of my MRI which was not done with any other provider. If I ever needed surgery in the future, I'd trust his m to work on me.

  • Explained everything to me in a compassionate, caring manner

  • I think Dr. Phillips is the best, best, best neurosurgeon in the East Coast. I mean, he's the best provider. I'm sorry, I'm not saying it correctly, but there is no other neurosurgeon in our area. Even in Boston, he's the best. So I tell everybody, if you need any kind of neurological stuff done to see him, he's fantastic. He's caring and he's just so smart about everything and he's a really nice person too. Thank you.

  • The provider was polite, informative, and comprehensive. Couldn't have asked for a better appointment.
