About Lindsay Rocha

Lindsay Rocha earned her degree in Nursing from the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in Brockton, MA. She earned her RN- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program and her Master of Science in Nursing, FNP Program from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, IL. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Lindsay started her nursing career at Southcoast Health as a staff nurse in the telemetry unit at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River.

Her clinical interests include health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and women’s health.  She enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and traveling.

  • Always professional and friendly.

  • The medical assistant in the office that came to the door is ALWAYS rude! Not the one who checked my vitals, she's always pleasant. But the older one with lighter hair. Every time I have an interaction with her, I want to find another doctor.

  • I like Dr. [Name] and am glad she is my Primary Care doctor. Her staff is not uniformly courteous. Two were very rude to me today. I made a mistake and was 30 minutes late to my appt. It was stupidity on my part for mixing up the time. The staff were downright rude to me today. Thank goodness for Lindsay Rocha who treated me with respect and kindness. I missed seeing Dr. [Name] today and again, I apologize for getting the time wrong.

Sitting in my car in the parking lot while the phone lines are busy and being on hold for long periods of time is just moving backwards. Please creat an additional number or extension for the check in process.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
