About Kathleen London-Lopes CNM
Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island. She also attended the midwifery program at the University of Rhode Island where she earned a Master of Science degree.
She has been working in women’s health for over eleven years. Prior to becoming a nurse midwife, she worked as a labor room nurse at Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island and Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. She completed her midwifery training at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, Mass. and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, Mass.
Kathleen is a board certified nurse midwife and a member of American College of Nurse Midwives. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
She is happily married to her husband Ezequiel and the mother of three sons, Charles, Mason and Bryce. She feels privileged working at Highland OB-GYN and is very passionate about providing quality midwifery care to women of all ages.
