  • Front end staff should greet patients immediately when they're standing at the window. I stood there for at least 3 minutes with no acknowledgement, and she was not on the phone. She only acknowledged that someone was at the window when an ambulance worker showed up and got closer to the window. Most patients in this office may have difficulty standing, especially for no reason. Everyone else was great and this is the first time I had any issue with anyone in the office. I have Parkinson's and cancer, luckily today was a day that I felt good and not nauseous. Otherwise, it would have been more difficult to stand and be ignored.
