Timely mannered, gave me advice on how to lower triglycerides, and listened to my questions
Didn't feel rushed
I'm very proud to be a patient of Dr.Shapiro for almost 2 years I'm very satisfied with everyone there.? Thanks
Listened to my issues and prescribed medicine to remedy a muscle pulled in my back.
Dr Shapiro and staff are great. Very supportive and listen to concerns. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
All of my concerns were answered. Never felt rushed. Time spent with me was very much appreciated since I have multiple health issues.
Trust with his professionalism and not being rushed being taken care of very well, you can't expect mods from a physician, but that's what they're supposed to do and I'm very grateful
excellent and caring. Very knowledgeable.
The care was warm, friendly, and compassionate. No improvement is necessary.
The office and staff were excellent.
They do well all the time
Very prompt. Addressed all my concerns.
Very helpful and caring staff. I feel like a priority
All staff are friendly and helpful. They listen carefully to patient needs and provide great recommendations. Highly recommend!
You might've killed for my needs as opposed to referring me to another hospital although I'm sure the intent was well meant
Being a past patient of[Name] I have to say I was glad I ended up with Dr.Shapiro. He has proven to be kind, caring, and a good listener when you speak with him. Being older and sick is not a good combination at times. He is patient and always helps.
Dr. Shapiro has proven he is quite capable of helping care for patients ( especially the older generation ) with listening and caring and not shrugging them off. He is usually right on with his diagnosis and willing to listen to what you feel might be wrong.
Dr Shapiro treated me with compassion and kindness. Listen to my needs and concerns.I am very grateful .From the receptionist to the doctor my experience was excellent.
Nothing to improved
Staff is very pleasant
Dr. Shapiro and his staff work well together. They should continue on their path,
He was very kind and listened to me!
Personal, specific to my needs directly connected with my questions and gave appropriate answers
I filled out a questionnaire in MyChart the previous day to speed up my check in but, was asked all the same questions at my check in and in the examination room I was asked an additional set of questions I had already answered in MyChart the previous day. So it looks like something is broken…
The service was excellent from the moment that I walked in and checked in to meeting with the nurse and then meeting with the doctor. He was extremely thorough, extremely helpful, great bedside manner, and truly seemed to care and take an investment in what I was needing.
I love my doctor, he listens and understands me very well. Thank you. Dr. Shapiro.
Office staff and medical staff were welcoming and efficient
Be on time for appointments and spend time getting to know your patients. I feel like I am usually seen late and rushed thru my appointment. That's why I hesitate to even go to the provider. My old provider who retired always spent time to listen and get to know me as a patient.
Everything Dr. Shapiro did was perfect. He came in, examined me, asked questions, answered my questions. Everything went perfect. It couldn't have gone any better. So he was great.
Every thing was fine.
Efficient
Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long. PA was informative and answered my questions. She made sure my appointments were scheduled and informed the doctor of my needs.
They greeted me with a good morning and promptly reviewed my appointment details. The check-in process was easy.
Dr. John Shapiro is an outstanding PCP who I greatly rely on for EXCELLENT care. I am most fortunate to have had him and his staff tend to my health issues during my old age.
Every time I am seen at this facility, no matter which provider/specialist I see, I am treated with kindness and respect from all staff members. From the hello to the explanation of meds or treatment I never leave thinking I missed something or I didn't get exactly what I came in for. 10 stars
Late day appointment was delayed for an additional half hr, kind of expected at the end of the day though. Other than that the appointment was fine, dr touched on all points and a couple of new ones. I think we get to know each other better now that he's established.
