NP Jennifer was knowledgeable about my situation, respectful, and kind. I didn't know what to expect because I always want to see Dr. [Name] Since Dr. [Name] couldn't see me, I was happy I made the decision to see her Jennifer.

Perfect, great experience! This was my first appointment with Dr. Silva, and she was fantastic. She addressed all my health concerns, explained my options, made a referral to a dermatologist, and set up future care. I am very pleased with my care and will highly recommend Southcoast and Dr. Silva in the future. Thank you.

The provider was thorough and did test to rule out certain things
Everyone (Jennifer Silva, Nurse, Didi at the checkout desk, X-Ray and Lab technician) were polite and considerate of the pain I was in and kept my appointment moving along as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate for a second before recommending this facility to anyone.

Jen Silva is great. I have seen her before, although not too recently, but she was very familiar with my medical history. She explains things clearly and is genuinely caring. I also appreciated that I called the office at 2:30, was able to get in by 3:00 and was able to start my prescription by 4:00. I am so grateful. This condition could have worsened greatly if I had to wait to be seen.

This is my first visit to South Coast health with Jenn Silva as my new PCP she listened to everything I said regarding my health and was well informed about my health history. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I felt very positive leaving there and glad I chose to switch to South Coast health for my healthcare.

Facility is clean, modern and well maintained. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

Always polite and listening to my needs
Receptionist was welcoming & friendly. I saw Jen Silva soon after arriving. Jen always listens attentively. Asks good probing questions. Offers ways to alleviate discomfort. Showed genuine concern for my issue. Offeredx-ray and MRI. Got the x-ray within 40 minutes. Technician was lovely, skilled, and knowledgeable.
I appreciate Jennifer Silva. She is attentive, listens, explains, offers suggestions, is very knowledgeable, shows much concern, knows my history. I feel very confident in her knowledge and care.
Each person in the line-up, from the check-in person, to in-take nurse, to Dr Silva, to the check-out person - they are all absolutely kind and very friendly. Dr. Silva is the best though. Always personable and attentive. It is a lovely - yet professional office.
I am aways happy how wonderful every one is. They are extremely nice, listens to our reason to be there and gives good advice!

I have to say that this appointment was one of the most pleasant ones I'd had in a few years. [Name] was so polite and professional, but most importantly personable! Jen the nurse practitioner I saw was just as nice and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I know I'm in good hands with the people in the office. On another note the front desk and scheduling ladies were super friendly! Keep up the great work!
