About Jason Graff MD
Dr. Jason Graff started his medical expertise earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Graff’s philosophy of care is to be a good listener first and a teacher second. His goal is to put his patients at ease, always allowing them time to speak about their story and concerns. He spends time teaching each patient about their condition including the pros and cons of the treatment options available.
When not at work, Dr. Graff enjoys watching his children play sports, weight lifting, skiing, hunting and fishing.

The care I absolutely get not just lung issues dr graff is very caring bout other illnesses goin on in my life explaines and listens
Spent a lot of time discussing all options and really understanding my problems and goals.
The first time I went to this provider, I waited over two hours to be seen. The next time 30 minutes. Today 1 hour. While I appreciate his knowledge, my time is valuable and I had to make alternate plans for other commitments at the last minute.
Dr Graff is Always ready to listen and Always trying to explain everything so I can understand it. Best Dr. Ever. Im blessed to have him taking care of me.
You and your staff excel in providing top notch staff excellent caring personnel and Doctors. Your staff is always very helpful. I love the fact that your doctors always take the time to listen to what I am saying. they always answer my questions clearly and concisely. they always ask me if I understand what they just explained. I am in the process of changing all of my doctors from Brown Medicine to South Coast.
Listened, easy to talk to and asked questions on how I tolerated recent surgery and if there was anything he could help me with He makes me feel.like a part of the team in the decision process. I trust Dr Graff completely and feel he has my best interest and we'll being in mind. Very knowledgeable professional and personable. He is the best. I wouldn't change anything. Dr. Graff explain things in Lehman's terms. He was extremely thorough. Made an appointment for a follow up and made important recommendations. Going forward. Definitely concerned about my health and it was much appreciated.
Dr Graff Always listens before he talks! Remembers what we last spoke about, & involves me about when I should come back vs when I want to comeback for follow up appointments! I always have choices with Dr Graff. Vs told what to do!

Dr. Graff is an excellent physician. He always takes the time to review your chart so that he is aware of your medical history in between appointments with him. He also never rushes,listens to your needs and comes up with a good plan for your health.
Dr. Graff is an excellent listener. He is able to distill complex medical information into plain language. He seems genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Most importantly, He has a great sense of humor!!!
Dr I was running behind about an hour today, but they did let me know. Fortunately, I didn't have any other commitments so it was worked out, but I really hope that this doesn't occur often Overall, Dr Graff is a good listener and spends a good amount of time discussing my medical issues.

My appointment was at 8 am and told to come 15 minutes early. Checked in and receptionist said doctor wasn't there yet. Called into exam room at 8:15, dr didn't come in until 8:30. Once he was in the room he was great. No recognition of being 30 minutes late. I am a veterinarian and at least when I'm running late I apologize to the client for making them wait. Even the nurse could have said something
The nurse practitioner, [Name] (?), was wonderful tracking down previous records from Florida … all with a lovely disposition. Dr. Graff was caring and involved. Asking many questions and listening to every answer. He made me feel assured that he will be there for any questions I may have going forward or any issues I may experience. Thank you!

Excellent physician. No one at the front desk from time of arrival for 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes after my scheduled time. Staff member apologized for the tardiness when my name was called.
Portsmouth Office is absolutely wonderful. They are professional courteous and very efficient. They are always on time and take the time to listen and understand. They make the patients feel welcomed.Coming from the healthcare profession myself I look for all of the above when obtaining services for myself.

Dr Graff is one of the best providers. Always willing to spend time explaining things and figuring out the Best health plan. He is a 12 on a scale of 1- 10. The best lung Dr. That i have crossed paths with. I hope you can share my message so He knows how much I appreciate him.

He was excellent, excellent, excellent, very good listener, very informative, very calming and I would definitely see him again. I'm very anxious when I go to doctor's appointments and he just did an excellent job. I really appreciated him. My only thing is it definitely took a while to get in. I mean, I had the appointment, but I waited a while, but he definitely apologized profusely. And honestly, I could see why if he was spending good quality time with guests, I would wait because that's how good he was.
