About Heather Holland NP
Heather Holland, NP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican University of California in San Rafael, California. She then furthered her medical education, earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
As a nurse practitioner, Heather delivers personalized, compassionate women’s health care with a focus on the often-overlooked postpartum and postmenopausal stages. Grounded in empathy and respect, she empowers women through evidence-based, holistic support and open, relatable communication tailored to each individual’s needs.
At Southcoast Health she is thrilled to continue to grow professionally, collaborate across a care team, and continue making a difference in women’s lives.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and tackling home improvement projects.

The most empathetic and caring provider I have ever met
Everyone was thorough with explanation and answered questions in a way that I could understand. And if I had questions, there was no hesitation to answer. It was very informative and appreciative and they all seemed happy to be there and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

It was the first time that I met with this provider and she was excellent! She spent lots of time with me, answering questions and explaining medications and procedures. I felt that she listened and communicated well and I didn't feel rushed at all. 10/10?

Heather has excellent bedside manner. She is book smart and also common sense smart, and easy to talk to about sensitive or embarrassing health topics. She's an asset to the office, im positive patients return to her regularly when they need care.

The whole process was simple, the staff and NP were excellent. My only suggestion is that the restroom on the first floor needs a thorough scrub, especially the sink. For a medical facility the cleanliness of the restroom was not ideal.

Heather Holland was exceptional. I have had the same gyn provider since I was a teenager I am now 50. They retired and I was extremely nervous about being referred to a new provider. Heather was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable before the exam. She was also very knowledgeable about my complicated medical history. She listened and explained things very well so I could understand.

My only complaint is that I would like to have a PCP in this practice and I have been on the waitlist for over a year with no updates. I love the facility and would like to integrate primary care as well.

Heather was very personable, very relatable, and easy to talk to and share my concerns with. She really met me where I was and helped provide guidance that put me at ease. We were discussing fertility, so that is an emotional subject, and she really took the time with me to explain next steps and reassure me that I was doing everything within my control that I needed to be. I would definitely see Heather again.

The medical assistant was absolutely great but the provider since to be a little uncomfortable because maybe I was talking to much well she was doing a little procedure on me, I explain that I had anxiety and the provider seen to be nut that understanding compare to the medical assistant that was taking to me all the time and was really understanding.I won't choose this provider again
