Always professional and caring!
I feel very fortunate to be a patient in the care of this extraordinary team of health care providers. Dr. [Name], Hannah, and their entire team have managed to develop and practice a type of medical care that is rapidly disappearing in our U.S. health care system where profits take precedence over people. But not here! People come first.
They always listen and take your concerns seriously. They are a partner in my health care and consider what I have to say.

My wife called when the office opened and they gave me an appointment at 9:30. The tech took me shortly after I arrived. Hannah came in and we discussed my issues and she recommended some things to do and prescribed an antibiotic. Very pleasant and thorough.

I had severe swollen glands and could barely talk. The office, put on the nurse and they scheduled me to come in within hours. The receptionist was very caring. The tech person carefully took swabs.This was my first time meeting Hannah. She listened, asked lots of questions , knew my history. I felt that she really cared about and was knowledgeable about my malaise.

Hannnah Raymond, my Nurse Practitioner is always immediately responsive to my needs and today was no different. After struggling with days of not feeling well, when I called, I received a same day appointment . Beyond professionalism, her kindness was palpable. She gave me a hug, offered words of encouragement, and was genuinely proud of me and my progress on my health and personal journey. Having a provider who is not only skilled but also acts as a cheerleader makes all the difference. It's been a rough few years and I am so grateful to have Hannah in my corner always advocating for my health, listening to my concerns,and offering heartfelt support.

Everyone involved at the internal medicine office was extremely attentive to my needs and able to accommodate my initial request to be seen, and quickly coordinated imaging to rule out the most serious concern. Imaging staff at Toby were welcoming and able to complete my ultrasound quickly.The entire experience was a 10.
