Erin does a complete assessment from how I'm feeling to the benefit of my medication to the effect that the meds may have on other symptoms. I've been absolutely delighted with the care that I received from her.

my appointment was for 1:40pm. At 1:18pm the office called to do Check in (which I had already done online) And told me Erin would be calling shortly.. But it wasn't til 3:09 that the Tele appointment call came in... So other than waiting for 1 1/2 Hrs for the late call, It was fine

Erin has been my provider for many years and is quite familiar with my medical history and medical needs . She is always supportive and offers advice to help me and listens well to what I am doing medically and relating it especially to my cancer issues. She is caring and personal which I find to be comforting.

My appointment was at 8:40 am. I didn't c the provider til 9:25 am she did apologize for the wait.
