Met with Erin today nurse practitioner and she was wonderful. Had a great visit listened and was very informative.

Always knows what I need
I waited 30 minutes for the NP to come into the room after I was checked in. Happens all the time with this provider. I purposely chose an early appt (9 am) to try to avoid this but it still happened

The PA is wonderful. The doctor she works for not so much.
PA or CNP was courteous and knowledgeable, actually prefer her over Dr. Hope she gets paid well because she seems overbooked, considering all the patients there. However, she still did not seem rushed when tending to me.

Aside from the fact that I had to wait 1.5 hour, Erin was warm, concerned, knowledgeable and comprehensive in the treatment options.
Always prepared with their notes on upcoming and past doctor visits, and any goals we need to reach, and what we need to do for the near future. I'm very well happy with them, and they're very kind and courteous. I appreciate it, and they're pretty much on time every time. You know, within 10, 15 minutes, which is acceptable. All right, that's it.

The overall experience was wonderful from the people answering the phone to the receptionist at the desk to the medical assistant and then the provider. They are all excellent, well-mannered, very nurturing and pleasant people. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this office to anybody that is looking for pain management.
