Elise is always professional, nice, patient and kind. The nurse that checked me in was nice and pleasant. Even the gal at checkout took so much effort and follow through for the multiple tasks I had for her. Different from my other experiences at doctors offices.

She is number one in her department in my opinion and I have seen a few providers in that department. She is young but don't let her youth fool you, she has Great work ethic and she is definitely top notch! I recommend her over and over again!

I was very happy with this experience. Perfect job all around. Wish I didn't have to walk as much to get into the building because I have feet pain issues but it's a busy place and the only way to remedy that is with valet service.

Great experience today. Was about 10 minutes early and called in right away. Medical assistant took my weight and brought me to my room. The provider came to my door 1 minute after the assistant left. Provider was very detailed about my treatment and possible insurance not covering treatment in the near future. Talked about options if that happens. Very kind and easy to talk to.
I'm so thankful for this group of providers. Everyone — from support staff, NPs, and physicians — have been very kind, attentive, informed, and helpful. And they've been very patient with me through insurance changes, health concerns, and my mixing up information. Thanks so much!

Elise is professional, aware of my present associated side effects of Wogovy. Rational for holding this medication temporarily, attempting to get insurance approval for a chg in GLP medication based on insurance criteria, but will try to obtain sleep apnea study to see if approved. If not I will return to previous RX with close GI monitoring. She is amazing and totally caring!!!

As a Southcoast employee I was surprised that the Southcoast Insurance only covers Wegovy for weight loss. This office is a fantastic needed specialty and also the largest weight loss clinic in this area so I think more choices for injectable medication should be covered. Elise and staff are great.
