About Didi Theva, MD
Dr. Theva earned her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine, Boston, MA. She then completed an internship in General Surgery and residency in Urology at Boston Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Incontinence, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Urology at the Bladder Health & Reconstructive Urology Institute in Miramar, FL.
Dr. Theva has clinical interests in general urology, urinary incontinence, reconstructive urology, female pelvic medicine and sexual dysfunction. Her goal is to treat urologic issues that affect quality of life and provide robust, evidence-based and personalized urologic care to the community of Southcoast.
Dr. Theva has a passion for global medicine and recently volunteered with surgeons at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya with hopes to continue additional mission work in the near future.
Outside of work, Dr. Theva enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going to the beach.

Dr. Didi Theva is an excellent provider and an asset to Southcoast Health. She listens and is very thorough and understanding. Unfortunately this appointment was rescheduled 3 times because of her surgery schedule. My appointment was originally in December and I didn't see her until February. That is very frustrating for a patient.

I love the office and Dr. Theva, she is respectful and cares about my opinions. When I need to discuss anything she takes and gives me all the time I need to have a productive visit. My only complaint is wait time. I get into the exam room right on time, but the wait today to see her was 40 minutes. I know it is not her fault and she cares about her patients, but I always get the feeling that for some reason she is overbooked, south coast policy?

I saw Dr. Didi Theva yesterday and she was excellent. Dr. Theva explained in great detail what I need for tests and what options I have for treatment. I have MS and was impressed that she has patients with MS in her care.

I took my 99 year old mom to see Dr Theva today. We were not sure what her problem was. My mom was in alot of discomfort. Dr Theva and her staff were so wonderful. Gentle compassionate and very caring with her. Extra testing is required. A CT scan was done today. Dr Theva called me with the result. She was so consoling and sweet. I'm so greatful that we had this office to help my mom. Hopefully we get a good outcome. I recommend this office 100%
