Dr. Chesney is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and is on the medical staff at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford.
Dr. Chesney received his medical degree from the Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pa. He completed a combined residency program in internal medicine and pediatrics at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he also served as chief resident.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians.

We trust Dr Chesney. He is very knowledgeable and has our best interests at heart.
I have had doctor chesney as my doctor for many years. He is always very attentive to any of my medical issues, knows all of my other medical conditions from other doctors. If I need to get in due to illness or whatever, he seems to get me in as soon as possible. I rate doctor chesney very highly. I just hope he does not retire anytime.Soon.

The nurse I spoke to prior to my visit was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. chesney listened carefully to my symptoms and was proactive in scheduling tests that will hopefully lead to a diagnosis of my medical issue.
This was an emergent visit. This was my 4th uti in 4 months. I called the urologist 1st, but she was in surgery, so they suggested i call my wonderful pup Dr chesney. I called, within 15 minutes I had an appointment because I was going away. I am so thankful for Dr Chesney as my pcp.
