About Brianne Castro NP
Brianne Castro, NP earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She then went on to further her education and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
From a young age, Brianne has always been passionate about caring for others. She finds internal medicine rewarding due to the diverse patient population it serves and the broad range of health conditions it addresses. She also enjoys that this role continuously allows her to expand her knowledge and skills.
Brianne believes in fostering meaningful connections with patients. Her goal with each individual she cares for is to build trust, actively listen to their concerns, and empower them through education to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare.
She is proud to work at Southcoast Health and enjoys the way the organization embodies a sense of community while promoting the health and wellbeing of all in our region.
When not at work, Brianne enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and baking.

I was able to get an appointment this very day. I was in pain and I was treated with kindness and concern.
