I love you guys
I felt heard and a part of my child's care. My concern was that the provider didn't look further into the one thing she thought he could be going through. I felt like we could have better assessed the pt. No additional blood work was ordered. No covid, flu, strep tests were offered. No guidance with medication. Super quick to recommend ER visit.
First time meeting her. She was great.
Listened to our issues was well informed knowledgeable supportive understanding thoughtful, friendly , kind , respectful, caring, and professional.
Everyone performed their duties with kindness, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism. [Name] performed the throat swab with the most absolute ease for my daughter, who normally dreads having that done. Dr. Kenyon was thorough and competent. Even though we've been with the practice for years now, we were very happy with our encounter with these staff members who we had not worked with before. Thank you for your care.
