About Angela Janick NP
Angela Janick has been with Southcoast Health since 2016, where she began her career as a registered nurse. She was inspired to become a Nurse Practitioner from her experiences here at Southcoast and found that she had a passion for Family Medicine.
Angela first received her Diploma in Nursing from the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in Brockton, Massachusetts before she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
She recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, and her goal as a provider is to have the greatest impact on the wellbeing of each one of her patients.
Angela’s philosophy of care is centered on a holistic approach that focuses on each patient’s individual needs and prioritizes what is most meaningful to them. She strives to provide each patient with the knowledge and education required to maintain their health, while empowering their willingness to be an active participant in their care.
When not at work, Angela enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and spending quality time with family, friends and her dog.

Easy to get a same day appointment.
Excellent Nurse Practitioner! Listen to my medical issue and researched an answer regarding an immunization. It was my first time ever with her so she did have to scroll for past concerns. I was called in right on time and didn't wait very long for her in the examination room.
Provider was thorough in assessing my medical needs and ordered stat ultrasound. Secretary was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional and friendly. She called multiple offices to get my ultrasound scheduled as soon as possible. Overall great team and I am thankful for the staff here.

I had just returned that morning from a trip in Arizona (Grand Canyon raft ride) and needed to have an injury assessed for possible infection. I was seen that afternoon. Quick response and professional treatment during the examination. Great service!

The office was able to get me in next day and the provider took her time and actually showed me some diagrams of Google to better help me understand the issue that was going on with my arm and I appreciated that.

This was an exceptional visit with NP Janick. She was thorough in her examination and offered information re my concerns. I think her diagnostic skills were excellent and comforting. She was a consummate professional.
It was the first time that I had seen Angela, the nurse practitioner, and she was literally amazing. I would see her all of the time. Also, when I checked in, I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in, which was great. And this was a last-minute appointment they were able to get me into. So I was very impressed.
Although this was the first time I met with Angela Janick I felt very comfortable. She got on board quickly with my health issues and concerns. I didn't feel rushed and I felt that everything was covered that needed to be.
