  • [Name] the nurse and Doctor Bond were both thorough in their examination and explanation of procedures and results. It was more conversational and educational then lecturing. Very happy

  • Dr Bond is awesome!!!

  • Doc Bond and her staff are great - no concerns

  • Everything was explained on what was coming or what I had to do everyone had a smile and on time

  • My issue is not with Dr Andrea Bond, she is great! The girls at the front desk are rude! Never smile, make you feel like you are bothering them. I need routine lab work, I was told I had to make an appointment. I was right there getting my physical, I'm not going home only to come back at 4:00pm for lab work. The lab technician was complaining right in front of me about they are too busy for same day appointments for blood work, when clearly there was no one waiting for blood work. Made me feel like I was bothering them. If DR Bond leaves [Name] [Name] in [Name] [Name] I'm leaving too. I have had enough of these people.

  • Everything, my Doctor and staff are number one. They treat you and listen to you if you have any questions.

  • Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

  • Dr. Bond has been my physician for at least 20 years? She is just as engaging, interested, and patient with me via FaceTime as she has been while in-person over all of these years. And I don't have to go to a waiting room. Grateful to Dr. Bond and your technology improvements.

  • They were very helpful. Got a flu shot and had a blood test which was very convenient.

  • I am very pleased with the attention and information I am given with each visit.

  • Dr. Bond was very thorough and assistant [Name] was likewise. They asked pertinent questions and listened to my responses.

  • Dr. Bond was very thorough explained everything very clearly, and I would recommend her to anyone.

  • Everything went well!

  • Waited 55 minutes before taken in

  • Well, I had a pretty quick and easy visit, I was seen about as quickly as could be expected. I got the assistance I needed and all things considered. I didn't have to wait that long to be seen and I was encouraged to get a vaccine while I was there which was really quick and easy. I hadn't been planning to do it that day. But they, it helped me in the end. So, you know what that helps. I guess. The only thing that could have been better was it accidentally took a little too long to get the vaccine shot. But I mean, that's a human error, that just happens. Don't stress over that.

  • The staff is personable and professional. They are very attentive to your concerns and needs as a patient.

  • great doctor - too long of a wait

  • All good. I did not have to wait as long as I have waited in the office previously for the doctor to see me. She is very supportive !

  • Dr. Bond is a wonderful, caring doctor. When I told the doctor that both my husband and I had difficulty getting an appointment over some health issues we were experiencing she seemed surprised to hear that. She said she would immediately address this with her staff and felt maybe there was some confusion over covid protocols. My husband was able to be seen that same day.

  • Dr Bond and crew have taken good care of me over the years./ The telephone system is not as good as it was when the office was [Name] [Name] and you did not have to wade through ten minutes of commercials before you got through.

  • Professional knowledgeable comprehensive

  • all good

  • The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. The interview with the nurse went well - The Doctor was prompt - examination though with proper diagnosis. I am extremely well satisfied with the care I received.

  • Dr bond is a great Dr. I've been seining her about 21 years. Always helped me with my conditions.

  • Got my appointment in a timely manner, every one was professional, friendly and effient.

  • I didn't feel rushed. I was given very good attention.

  • Visit was good. I really can't think of any constructive criticism. Oh yeah, there used to be a display at the entrance of how backed up the doctors were that you could use to judge wait time. Then again, there were few patients there so less of an issue.

  • The office in Portsmouth was run with efficient and caring staff.

  • I thought I was suppose to have a test scheduled before my upcoming appointment in July, but receptionist was unaware of test when I checked out.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
