Southcoast Health Receives the NRC Health 2026 Excellence in Patient Experience Award

We are proud to announce that Southcoast Health has received the 2026 Excellence in Patient Experience Award for Small Health Systems from NRC Health, marking the third time we’ve received this national recognition.

This honor recognizes health systems that consistently deliver outstanding patient experiences and earn the trust and loyalty of those they serve. It reflects our unwavering commitment to our patients, families, and communities.

The NRC Health award is based on our Net Promoter Score, which measures how likely patients are to recommend Southcoast Health based on their experience. This year, Southcoast Health achieved an all-time high Net Promoter Score of 86.8.
