About Ye Tun, MD
Dr. Tun earned his graduate degree from the Institute of Medicine 1, Yangon, Myanmar.
He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center before embarking on a fellowship in Nephrology at Boston University/Boston Medical Center. He has also worked as an Internist at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Dr. Tun is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, American Medical Association and the Massachusetts Medical Society.
He is fluent in Burmese and enjoys playing soccer, music and traveling.

Dr Ye Tun was very professional and kind. He had gone through all of my charts before the appointment and was completely prepared to speak with me. He gently told me the clear truth about medical condition. He did have a plan for my ongoing care for now. Everyone at the facility was friendly and respectful.
Dr. Tun is excellent. He calls to speak with you to explain test results. He explains all test results and what the treatment plan is for you. He is amazing and upbeat so pleasant and personable. He makes sure you understand the plan and answers all questions. Truly a great medical professional. I am thankfull he is my doctor.
