I have been seeing Sarah for over 3 years (honestly can't remember how long) and she is always a great listener to how my migraines are affecting me. I think we have a good medication plan for me at the moment but it took a while to get here. I enjoy seeing her for routine appointments. She is an asset to Southcoast Health.

Sarah, who listens to my concerns. She knows my history and knows me very well with respect to that. I never have to retell a story or concern with her.The staff that makes my appointments are exceptional. They booked my appointments that meet my needs. although it's never fun getting injections, I do look forward to going to this facility because everyone is so wonderful and they make the experience as pleasant as it can be.

There is nothing more my Dr., Sara Souza needs to do at this point. She knows exactly what I need to do next to battle my headaches, and we were just talking about how I feel so comfortable and wish I had more Dr.'s like her in the field. I appreciate her more then she could possibly understand but as for her being a medical provider she is fabulous. Thank you Dr. Souza!!!!
Sarah was very positive & energetic. She greeted my daughter right away & gave her good attention during the visit. My daughter is non verbal so is sometimes ignored. Sarah was thorough & kind. It was a good visit.
She is calm, reassuring and offered help when I was frustrated with the medication I tried and didn't help. It is difficult dealing with neuropathy! ??

Sarah is great! She not only helps me in a medical sense, she has also helped me with a program to pay for expensive prescription costs.
Sarah is very professional, easy to understand. There was a little delay today with check-in - seemed to be short-staffed. All staff very polite, incl. Aide that takes info prior to visit with Sarah and, of course, Sarah herself. Appt made for next yr - with my neuropathy problems, not much can be done; however, was told to call if I felt I needed her to see me sooner.

Sarah Souza is hands down the best and myfavorite physician I've encountered at Southcoast. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure that you know it. She goes above and beyond always to make sure I have the best care possible, even with prescriptions and referrals. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful neurologist who helps and listens, the rest of the office staff are also very nice and helpful as well!
Everyone is so polite, so courteous. They were glad to see you, made you feel really comfortable and understood everything and took care of everything with A1 connections and stuff. They were beautiful and I thank you for it.
Dr. Souza is the best doctor I have ever had. She supported me through one of the hardest times of my life with care and compassion. I wish that I could find a primary care provider who made me feel as cared for as she did when addressing my neurological needs.
