Patient Comments (34)

  • Nothing to improved

  • Staff is very pleasant

  • Dr. Shapiro and his staff work well together. They should continue on their path,

  • He was very kind and listened to me!

  • Personal, specific to my needs directly connected with my questions and gave appropriate answers

  • I filled out a questionnaire in MyChart the previous day to speed up my check in but, was asked all the same questions at my check in and in the examination room I was asked an additional set of questions I had already answered in MyChart the previous day. So it looks like something is broken…

  • The service was excellent from the moment that I walked in and checked in to meeting with the nurse and then meeting with the doctor. He was extremely thorough, extremely helpful, great bedside manner, and truly seemed to care and take an investment in what I was needing.

  • I love my doctor, he listens and understands me very well. Thank you. Dr. Shapiro.

  • Office staff and medical staff were welcoming and efficient

  • Be on time for appointments and spend time getting to know your patients. I feel like I am usually seen late and rushed thru my appointment. That's why I hesitate to even go to the provider. My old provider who retired always spent time to listen and get to know me as a patient.
