Everyone was professional and pleasant, and all my questions were answered. I always have a good experience with Southcoast Health. The only negative I can give you for today's visit was that I waited a little longer than usual, but I didn't mind

This was my first visit and I was welcomed with courtesy and professionalism. [Name] was very welcoming and polite and caring. [Name] was very wonderful. I was having an asthma cough attack and she immediately got me water that was very helpful. It is flu season and I was wearing a mask. Once in the exam room she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable as we discussed my medical history. I truly appreciated everyone I met and Dr. Chandra was also very caring and took the time to be thorough. Was a top notch visit and these care givers should earn an award for their quality care. Office help was courteous and pleasant. Dr. Reddivari was patient and caring. He listened and addressed all my concerns. The only improvement would be to lessen the waiting time. My appointment was at 12; I saw the doctor at 1. It was a long wait.
Dr. Chandra Reddivari reviewed the Blood test results and answered my questions. He addressed my concerns without hesitation. He is very attentive to discussions.Medical Assistant and Checking Assistant were attentive.
There is usually quite a wait between seeing the nurse & dr.
As always we were met with courteous receptionist, then a nurse who took us to the room, took info and then vitals. Went over records, then told us Dr Reddivari would be with us soon. Dr Reddivari came in shortly after and went over [Name] records, his recent bloodwork and urine sample results. A great visit!

Excellent visit. The medical assistant was great, very friendly and professional. Dr. Reddivari was excellent and very thorough. He was up to date on all my medical needs. He definitely ranks right up there with one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had. Overall rating is Excellent.
Friendly, caring and very thorough
The Doctor listened to me and gave suggestions on how to correct the problems I am having. He then gave me a followup appointment do scan reassess how I am doing.
I love Dr Reddivari. He is my MA PCP since I am a Fl snowbird. He is patient and very kind. Listens to all my issues.

The visit was disappointing. The scheduling was so bad, as the provider was over booked, that he didn't see me until an hour and ten minutes past my appointment. This poor scheduling caused me to miss my PT appointment.
My schedule appointment started 25 minutes late. That is the only item needing improvement.
The dr. was wonderful he was very understanding. He was always patient at listening to my needs. I'm very pleased with my new dr.

Dr. Reddivarri seems to pay attention when I explain any health concerns that I have, he answers my questions when he can or refers me to a specialist. He looks back at test results to respond to some of my questions or to see if any testing is needed at this time. I believe he is very thorough which I appreciate.

I checked in, was called into the room and had my vitals taken and then I waited in the room for an hour and never saw the doctor. At that point I walked out.

No improvement is needed at the professional level. However, from the perspective of the medical office premises, attention may be needed to improve temperature control in the examination rooms. I was freezing while I waited for Dr. Reddivari.
The doctor was very thorough, listened, and had researched my history before I saw him and took time to discuss my diagnoses and concerns. He ordered bloodwork and recommended solutions for my concerns, The only thing: I would like to be able to review a written report on my visit in My Chart.
