About Priscilla Ponte NP
Priscilla began her medical education at the Brockton School of Nursing in Brockton, Massachusetts. She then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College in Plymouth, Massachusetts. From there she furthered her education earning her Master of Science in Nursing ; Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (Family Nurse Practitioner) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts.
She believes in treating each patient with dignity and respect; providing the same level of commitment and dedication to all patients.
Her goal to be a role model for her children was the inspiration for wanting to continue her studies and become a Nurse Practitioner.
When not at work She enjoys walking, running, hiking, cycling, reading and spending time with her two children.

It gets a little better each visit.
Let's see, how do I put this? Very, very considerate. Seemed to want to know how to diagnose my pain, but it's kind of hard if people don't have pain to tell them what's wrong because they hear so many stories from other people. But she helped me the most she could. Priscilla is a very, very considerate person. And that's what I have to say. So have a wonderful day.
You don't have to do anything. Priscilla Ponte was awesome and very caring for me.

I sought her out specifically to get her opinion on several matters relating to my treatment for chronic pain from a traumatic accident (spinal cord injury).

I was asked conflicting and unusual questions from the medical assistant who then acted offended, rolled her eyes and made silly faces when I told her I was unable to answer the questions the way she asked them. She lacked the knowledge and professionalism needed to do her job. The provider on the other hand was knowledgeable and accommodating to the best of her ability.
Both the initial contact person once in the patient room and the medical provider were personable, caring and professional. Their good humor and demeanor were in stark contrast to their predecessors
