About Candace O’Keefe PA
Candace earned her Bachelor of Science from Stonehill College in North Easton, Ma. She then went on to obtain her Physician Assistant Degree and Master of Health Science from Quinnipiac College in Hamden. CT.
She believes that excellent health care means collaborating with patients to provide them with the highest quality of care. She feels that her patients deserve her undivided attention and that her patients come first.
Her interest in health care began in high school when she was introduced to the Physician Assistant profession by her guidance counselor.
To her, Southcoast Health means having the opportunity to work alongside great people who have the same goal of providing high quality patient care.
When not at work she enjoys exercising, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Dr O'Keefe was very particular about looking into my health and what I needed to maintain the health I can live
The staff was great and my appointment was great but the provider wanted a three month follow up and nothing was available for five months. I was not available for that appointment and I ended up scheduled six months out.
Candace is a thoughtful, caring provider. She takes her time and reviews tests and stats very precisely and easy to understand. She always gets me back on track and I leave with a more positive outlook for my medical conditions.
