Kristen especially as well as the others I interacted with were at all times professional as well as warm and reassuring. They all acted in a manner that was calming and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. My experience yesterday was excellent and I don't know how you can improve on that?

This was an excellent experience today. Kristen knew everything that was on my chart. She knew all the drugs that I was taking and she knew all of the visits that I had with other doctors. She was right on top of everything and she was very willing to listen. And she's one of the very few that actually come in and introduce themselves to you, which I really appreciated. I'd recommend her highly.
