I think everything's been improved since the last time I've been to a hospital. And I believe that Childhood Memorial Hospital is the best hospital, and I've been in a few. The staff is fabulous, wonderful, and I'd recommend anyone to both hospital and doctors because they're really good. And I'm glad I'm one of your patients. I think the minute went by.

I feel valued and heard as a patient. My concerns are heard and not dismissed. I receive follow up phone calls as committed and we work together on an action plan. If this practice could be my GP, I would be delighted! Kristen is aware that I have been bumped in the Southcoast GP practice resulting in me going outside of the SC group for GP care.
