Dr. Ilana Feinerman is an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon with Southcoast Physicians Group in North Dartmouth, Mass. After receiving her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Dr. Feinerman completed an internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. Feinerman is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
She sees patients of all ages and has a particular interest in pediatrics as well as patients with ear and sinus disease and vocal issues.

The only bit that is somewhat troublesome is that it sometimes takes quite a bit of time at check-out if you need to make a follow-up appointment. Apparently, their computer set-up has to jump through a lot of hoops to get to a spot where all the providers you need to see are available at the same time. Everyone is polite, but the system seems a bit complicated to me.
Dr. Feinerman showed a real conceren about my health.
She listened to everything I had to say I got nothing to complain about everything went well

Had an extremely positive experience.The doctor took time to evaluate and determine the cause of the dizziness i'm experiencing. Also explained my current status regarding bring a candidate for a hearing aid.
I have a bony tumor and I feel like I wasn't followed through years back when they knew about it. Nothing was checked. And now I have to have surgery.

I have no complaints and to the contrary the Doctor instilled confidence in me for her competence and i was able to overcome my crippling fear of surgery and medicines to have a procedure done by her
After my exam, she offered a clear path toward a solution.The only negative is that it took three months to get an appointment and now another two to complete the necessary follow up test and to begin a treatment plan.

The doctor was excellent and took the time to listen and look at me directly with her eyes while the other lady was recording my answers. She really took the time to explain everything about the procedure and did not seem to be rushing through and not that interested.
