Dr. Thaylon (Ty) Barreto earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Massachusetts. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Medicine from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
He has proudly served in the United States Army and is bilingual in both English and Portuguese.
His inspiration to become a primary care doctor is rooted in the desire to build meaningful and long lasting relationships with patients. As a primary doctor, he feels he has the privilege to get to know patients as a whole person.
As a primary care doctor he believes in fostering a collaborative partnership with his patients where necessary guidance and information is provided to help a patient make the best informed decisions about their health.
When not at work, Thaylon devotes his time to his lovely wife and their three children. He enjoys going to the beach, cycling, tackling home improvement projects, and board games.

Dr Ty Baretto is great. I've had high blood pressure for years with medication not working. Dr Barretto was able to figure out what was the issue and put me on the right medications instead of just adding more. Great guy and great doctor

The appointment was right on time with Dr. Borreto. Professional, organized, covered my concerns.I was comfortable in his presence on this, my 2nd appointment.
