About Holly Alexandre, MD
Dr. Alexandre is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Brown University/Memorial Hospital. She serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at Brown’s Warren Alpert Medical School.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Rhode Island Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Alexandre is board certified in family medicine. She is also board certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventative Medicine. She specializes in the treatment of substance abuse disorders.

Every one of my questions were answered, I asked about everything I wanted answers for even though it wasn't what my appointment was about and was given the information and I needed to make the right decision and medication prescribed for the reason I was there. Everything went perfectly well.
