About Holly Alexandre MD
Dr. Alexandre is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Brown University/Memorial Hospital. She serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at Brown’s Warren Alpert Medical School.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Rhode Island Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Alexandre is board certified in family medicine. She is also board certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventative Medicine. She specializes in the treatment of substance abuse disorders.

Doctor Alexandre scheduled into her busy day a near emergency office visit due to an unusual symptom episode I experienced. The doctor listened carefully to me describe what happened, checked me physically very carefully and determined the need for special testing.

The office does a very nice job of greeting you. The nurse does a great job of gathering your vitals and updating your medical history. The doctor listens and evaluates and shares every aspect of the health plan with you before she departs. Great team!
