Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

56 year old female Abdominoplasty, Height: 5’2, Weight: 148lbs.

Patient presented interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen with an Abdominoplasty. She has given birth to 8 children. She underwent full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Photographs taken 3 months post operatively.

51 year old female Abdominoplasty, Height: 5’3, Weight: 154 lbs.

Patient desired to improve her abdominal appearance through abdominoplasty following the birth of four children. She underwent a full abdominoplasty procedure including muscle repair, and photographs were taken three months after the operation.

Panniculectomy

46 year old female Panniculectomy, Height: 5’1, Weight: 144lbs.

Patient presented interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen after losing a signification amount of weight through exercise and diet. Patient underwent a Fleur-de-Lis Panniculectomy. Photographs were taken 3 months post operatively.

Breast Lift

59 year old female Breast Lift, Height: 5’9, Weight: 165lbs.

Patient presented a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, breast and neck pain. A Bilateral Breast Lift with Minor Reduction was performed using DuraSorb Monofilament Mesh removing 191 grams from the right breast and 110 grams from the left breast to take the patient from a 36DDD to a 36D. Photos were taken 3 months post-operatively.

Breast Reconstruction

46 year old female Delayed Breast Reconstruction, Height: 5’1, Weight: 188lbs.

Patient was diagnosed with Right Breast Cancer and was treated with pre-operative chemotherapy. Genetic test came back negative. The patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy and required post operative radiation therapy. 6 months following, the completion of radiation therapy, patient underwent Delayed Staged Breast Reconstruction as follows:

Stage 1: Allergan Inspira tissue expanders and a Right Latissimus Dorsi Flap. Over the course of 3 months the patient underwent expansion of the tissue expanders.

Stage 2: Bilateral tissue expanders were exchanged for Allergan Smooth cohesive extra full profile 650cc on the tight and 615cc on the left silicone breast implants. Post-operative photographs were taken 3 months after the final procedure.

Breast Augmentation

59 year old female Breast Lift, Height: 5’9, Weight: 165 lbs.

Patient had a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, breast and neck pain (preoperative size 36DDD). Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction) – Patient presented interested in a male breast reduction. Patient complained of enlargement of the breasts for many years with significant breast pain and underwent a Bilateral Male Breast Reduction with Liposuction. Photos were taken nine months post-operatively.

Patient had interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen and was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts being too small (preoperative size 36B). She has had a prior abdominal surgery and underwent full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair as well as a Bilateral Breast Augmentation with insertion of Natrelle Smooth Round Soft Touch Moderate Profile 330cc Silicone Implants and peri-areolar breast lift. Her post operative bra size is 36C. Photographs were taken three months post operatively.

Transgender Procedures

18 year old transgender male Bilateral Mastectomies, Height: 5’2, Weight: 110 lbs.

Female to Male – Patient presented interest in achieving a completely flat chest with reduction of the areola. Bilateral Mastectomies with reduction of the Areola were performed. Photos were taken four months post operatively.

19 year old transgender male Bilateral Mastectomies, Height: 5’5, Weight: 174 lbs.

Female to Male – Patient was interested in chest reconstruction to achieve a completely flat chest and underwent Bilateral Subcutaneous Mastectomies with Free Nipple Areola Grafting. Photographs were obtained four months after surgery.

25 year old transgender female Breast Augmentation, Height: 5’3, Weight: 128 lbs.

Male to Female – Patient desired to enhance her breasts and underwent Bilateral Breast Augmentation with insertion of Natrelle Inspira Smooth Soft Touch Full Profile 265cc Silicone Implants achieving a post operative bra size of 34C. Photographs were taken three months post operatively.
