Romona is the best!! She has been my son's primary provider since he was a baby and now he's a teenager! Shes very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. I have recommended her to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. We love Romona!
great stuff
I arrived for a early for a 3:00PM appointment and was not seen until 4:00PM. I would recommend considering a review of your office practices through a lean management lens. Allow patients to schedule appointments online and send notifications to patients is providers are running late.
The call center takes too long, but we love our provider, so we're always willing to wait. Thank you.

Ramona is and always has been awesome. I truly hope she is valued there by so because she is the best and most professional provider we've experienced till this point of our lives. Ramona has always, always, always been very amazing. She listens. She understands. She doesn't, you know, talk you down or anything like that, which some doctors do. I actually, you know, I'm going to be sad when my daughter's too old to go to New York because she's that good. I appreciate Ramona very, very much. And the staff is wonderful as well, always showing care, kindness, concern, have always been there for us. And I'm super appreciative.
