About Kara Kopaczewski DO
Kara Kopaczewski, DO received her Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo. She completed her residency in family medicine at Kent Hospital in Rhode Island. Dr. Kopaczewski was Chief Resident and was awarded Family Medicine Resident of the Year at Kent for 2015-2016 and 2017-2018.
She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Rhode Island Association of Family Physicians and the Rhode Island Society of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Kopaczewski’s clinical interests include pediatrics, addiction medicine and women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting and crocheting, DIY crafts, reading mystery novels, cooking, baking, performing violin and playing
trivia. She is also an avid hockey fan.

I had two appointments cancelled by the provider's office on short notice before I was finally able to get in. It would have been nice to have had a direct conversation with someone about this when I was there. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions.
