The PA I had , had no idea it seemed why I was there and that the test she spoke about was just a look at the carpal tunnel we knew it wasn't bad . I went for the arthritis . Next time I'll wait for the Dr.

I think the most important thing I have noticed about this provider and all the other staff ( and of course, including Dr. Petrulio) in this practice is that they REALLY LISTENED to me and my concerns. They are knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk to. Great practice!!

Very nice staff, everyone was very polite, starting with the check in process to the x ray tech. They moved very fast and were very efficient.
From diagnosis, to pre-op, to the surgery, and post-op all great. All the staff I encountered were interested, informed and efficient in servicing my needs.
The reception staff and medical assistant were pleasant and efficient. The PA, Janine, was professional, attentive to my concerns and questions, informative, caring and precise in her prescribed treatment at this visit.
To not cancel appointments that you priorly had, and if you have an appointment, you have to push up and that other appointments available to keep it or notify them of the appointment being canceled. Thank you.
